We are looking for an experienced and responsible Sr. Operations Executive to manage and supervise daily site and field operations.

? Key Responsibilities:• Manage daily site & field operations

• Handle manpower deployment, attendance & productivity

• Supervise field teams and supervisors

• Ensure operations are completed as per SOPs & targets

• Coordinate with clients, government officials & stakeholders

• Conduct regular field visits and resolve operational issues

• Prepare daily/weekly operational reports

• Ensure discipline and smooth site functioning

? Required Skills:✅ Strong leadership & team-handling skills

✅ Positive communication & problem-solving abilities

✅ Basic to good knowledge of MS Excel

✅ Experience in field operations/manpower management preferred
