We are looking for a result- driven Pathology professionals (Sales/Marketing/Lab Technician/Phlebotomist) with relevant experience of 2-5 years, excellent interpersonal skills and actively engage customer prospects for a new Path Lab in Indira Nagar, LKO, UP.

Salary – Starts from 15K/month and is not a constraint for skilled & talented candidates. Plus Incentives, Bonus, Conveyance & other allowances.

An Ideal Sales/Marketing Candidate would be:

1. Responsible for sales development for the Lucknow city & Nearby Towns.
2. Sales target achievements- monthly/ quarterly/ yearly for volume growth and productivity
3. Analyze the region and market's potential, track sales.
4. Network and convert potential business deals recent opportunities in Pathology Labs, Diagnostics center, Hospitals, Clinics, Nursing Home,



Medical Establishment, University, FSL, Industry etc.
5. Arranging appointments with doctors/clinics/bursing homes, which may include pre-arranged appointments or regular calling, follow up and one to one meeting
6. Responsible for assigned area sales, collecting outstanding, Doctor calling, hospital visits, complaints handling.
7. Implementation of all sales and marketing activities assigned by Director
8. Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationship.
9. Daily reporting and feedback of customer calls.
10. Prepare and submit the weekly report to the Management.
