Job SummaryWe are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Retail Sales Executive to support store sales, provide excellent customer service, and ensure smooth day-to-day store operations. The candidate will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, product presentation, sales conversion, and achieving individual and store sales targets.

- Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Customer ServiceWelcome and assist customers in the store and understand their requirements.
- Provide accurate information about products, fabrics, sizes, colours, and pricing.
- Recommend suitable products based on customer preferences and requirements.
- Drive sales through effective communication, upselling, and cross-selling.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall store targets.
- Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases.
- Store OperationsSupport the Store Manager in daily store operations.
- Maintain proper product display, store presentation, and visual merchandising standards.
- Ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and customer-ready.
- Support promotional activities and seasonal campaigns.
- Billing & POSHandle billing and POS transactions accurately.
- Ensure proper cash/card/UPI transaction handling as per company procedures.
- Assist with daily sales reconciliation and basic store reporting.
- Inventory ManagementAssist in stock receiving, tagging,



arrangement, and replenishment.
- Ensure products are properly displayed and available on the sales floor.
- Support physical stock counts and inventory audits.
- Report stock shortages, damages, or discrepancies to the Store Manager.
- Customer ExperienceHandle customer queries and basic complaints professionally.
- Ensure a positive and consistent customer experience.
- Maintain professional grooming and service standards at all times.

- Qualification & ExperienceHSC / Graduate preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in Apparel, Textile, Fashion, Lifestyle, or related industries.
- Freshers with positive communication and sales skills may also be considered.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and retail operations preferred.
