About the RoleWe are looking for a caring, responsible, and enthusiastic Preschool Teacher & Daycare Caregiver who enjoys working with young children. The candidate will be responsible for creating a secure, nurturing, and engaging environment that supports children's early learning, development, and overall well-being.

Key ResponsibilitiesPreschool Teaching

- Plan and conduct age-appropriate learning activities for preschool children.
- Teach basic concepts such as alphabets, numbers, colours, shapes, rhymes, and storytelling.
- Organize creative activities, including drawing, colouring, music, dance, and craft.
- Support children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
- Encourage good habits, communication skills, sharing, and discipline through positive reinforcement.

Daycare Responsibilities

- Supervise and care for children during daycare hours.
- Ensure children's safety, hygiene, comfort, and well-being at all times.
- Assist children with meals, handwashing, toilet routines, and nap time, as appropriate for their age.
- Engage children in indoor and outdoor play and recreational activities.
- Comfort children when needed and handle their needs patiently and sensitively.

Parent Communication & Administration

- Maintain daily attendance and activity records.




- Communicate children's progress, behaviour, meals, and other relevant updates to parents.
- Report any health concerns, injuries, incidents, or unusual behaviour to the management and parents as per centre policy.
- Keep classrooms, toys, learning materials, and daycare areas clean and organized.
- Follow all childcare, hygiene, emergency, and child-protection guidelines.
- Eligibility CriteriaMinimum qualification: 12th pass; a diploma or degree in Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE), Nursery Teacher Training (NTT), Montessori Education, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in preschool teaching, nursery education, daycare, or childcare is preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patient, caring, energetic, and responsible personality.
- Ability to manage young children calmly and positively.
- Basic knowledge of child safety, hygiene, and early childhood development.
