The Real Estate Data Entry Specialist keeps property inventories, client interactions, and transaction records accurate, clean, and current. This position provides essential behind-the-scenes support to real estate agents, brokers, and property managers, ensuring that data is easily accessible and free of errors.

? Key Responsibilities

- Listing Management: Input and update property details, pricing, square footage, and amenities on CRMs or Multiple Listing Service (MLS) platforms.
- Transaction Logging: Transcribe and digitize purchase agreements, rental leases, closing statements, and commission logs.
- Client & Lead Tracking: Maintain buyer, seller, and tenant database lists, tracking current contact info and follow-up schedules.
- Data Verification: Cross-reference information against physical files, tax histories, or land titles to find and correct errors.
- Digital Filing: Scan paper paperwork and organize digital files cleanly into cloud storage systems.
- Basic Reporting: Generate regular inventory summaries, sales updates, or lead reports for leadership teams.
