About the Role

Wallstreet Decor is looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller / Sales Executive to handle customer inquiries and generate sales through phone calls and WhatsApp follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

- Call and follow up with leads received through Instagram, WhatsApp, Justdial and other sources.
- Understand customer requirements for wallpapers, WPC louvers, PVC panels, UV marble sheets, PU stone, roller blinds and other interior products.
- Explain products, pricing and services clearly to customers.
- Follow up regularly with interested customers.
- Schedule site visits / showroom visits wherever required.
- Maintain proper lead records and update follow-up status.
- Convert inquiries into genuine sales opportunities.
- Coordinate with the sales and installation team when required.
- Achieve monthly calling and sales targets.

Requirements

- Valuable communication skills in Hindi & English.




- Confident and polite while speaking with customers.
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp and Excel/Google Sheets.
- Sales or telecalling experience is preferred but freshers can also apply.
- Candidates with experience in interior, wallpaper, furniture, real estate or related sales will be preferred.
