Hiring: IT Sales Executive – LexerPOS.com

Location: Chandigarh Tricity

Experience: Minimum 2 years in sales

LexerPOS.com is looking for a hardcore, target-driven Sales Executive who can independently acquire customers, visit business locations, demonstrate POS billing Hardware & Software.

This role is best suited for candidates who are confident in sales field, comfortable with technology and motivated to earn performance-based incentives through actual sales.

Salary & Incentives

Fixed monthly salary: Rs.22,000

Expected monthly take-home: Rs.35000 - 50000, including performance-based incentives.

Incentives depend on sales performance and achievement of targets.

Mandatory Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in any industry. IT, software, POS systems computer sales experience is preferable.

- Must be willing to conduct daily field visits and meet prospective customers across Chandigarh Tricity.





- Must own a two-wheeler or other suitable vehicle for local customer visits.

- Must own a laptop for POS software demonstrations, customer training, and basic support activities.

- Must be confident in approaching current customers, generating leads, negotiating, and closing sales.

- Must be capable of handling franchise clients, coordinating with decision-makers and managing customer relationships.

- Must be self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
