- Manage daily warehouse operations, including inward, outward, picking, packing, loading, and dispatch.
- Supervise manpower deployment, attendance, productivity, and discipline.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and ensure proper material handling and FIFO/FEFO compliance.
- Update inward, outward, inventory, and dispatch transactions in WMS/ERP systems.
- Prepare and maintain GRNs, delivery challans, stock records, and daily MIS reports.
- Verify physical stock against system records and report discrepancies.
- Ensure proper housekeeping, safety, and compliance with warehouse SOPs.
- Coordinate with clients, transporters, and internal teams for smooth operations.
- Ensure timely documentation, accurate data entry, and achievement of operational targets.
