US Tax Associate – Client Support

We are hiring graduates for the US Tax Process, combining client assistance, tax return filing support, and business development activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist clients with US tax return filing and documentation.
- Communicate with clients through calls and follow-ups.
- Help clients understand the tax filing process and resolve basic queries.
- Generate leads through outbound calls and client outreach.
- Follow up with potential clients and support client acquisition.
- Collect required tax documents and coordinate with the tax preparation team.
- Maintain client records and ensure confidentiality of client information.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Qualification: Any Graduate.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Interest in US taxation, client support, and business development.
- Willingness to work in US night shifts.
- Basic computer knowledge.

Note: Candidates should be comfortable with client interactions, lead generation, and assisting clients throughout the US tax filing process.
