Job Responsibilities:

* Telecalling for collection and recovery of overdue payments.

* Handling NPA (Non-Performing Asset) cases.

* Following up with customers for pending dues and repayment commitments.

* Managing recovery cases related to:

* ? Credit Cards

* ? Personal Loans (PL)

* ? Auto Loans

* ? Housing Loans

* Maintaining proper customer records and achieving assigned targets.

Candidate Profile:

* Valuable communication and convincing skills.

* Target-oriented and self-motivated.

* Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

* Collection or recovery experience will be an added advantage.
