Designation: Associate Customer Support / Senior Associate Customer Support

Band / Grade: U1 / U2

Eligibility: Undergraduates and graduates may apply..

Experience: Freshers to less than 24 months – U1; more than 24 months – U2(Only voice experience to be considered 100% and Non Voice/Backend etc will have 50% weightage)

Required Skills: Excellent voice communication,



customer-handling and problem-solving skills; basic computer proficiency and working knowledge of MS Office; typing speed of at least 20 WPM with 80% accuracy.

Transport: Two-way transportation will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to inbound customer enquiries using cloud-based tools to review accounts, research policies and provide effective solutions.

• Deliver timely, accurate and professional customer service; document contact topics and actions in tools.

• Handle difficult customer interactions positively, escalate issues correctly, and maintain productivity and quality standards.

Interview Process:HR screening, typing test, SVAR assessment (minimum score 60), Operations round, and HR / offer discussion.
