Job SummaryWe are looking for a result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT positions. The candidate will be responsible for understanding requirements, sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, maintaining recruitment pipelines and ensuring successful closures and joining.

- Key ResponsibilitiesUnderstand client/job requirements and identify suitable candidate profiles.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to candidate joining.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, job portals, databases, referrals and social media.
- Handle both IT and Non-IT hiring across different levels and functions.
- For IT hiring, understand technical requirements and screen candidates based on relevant technologies, experience and project exposure.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/virtual interviews.
- Assess candidates based on skills, experience, communication, location, compensation, notice period and overall suitability.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients/hiring managers.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Manage salary discussions and offer negotiations within approved budgets.
- Ensure candidates join as per committed timelines and minimize offer dropouts.
- Maintain updated candidate databases, recruitment trackers and daily MIS.




- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and upcoming requirements.
- Work on multiple requirements simultaneously and meet assigned recruitment targets.
- Maintain professional relationships with candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Coordinate with the recruitment team and reporting manager for requirement prioritization and closures.
- Ensure timely job postings and appropriate sourcing strategy for assigned requirements.

IT Hiring ExposureCandidates should preferably have experience hiring for profiles such as Java, .NET, Python, PHP, React, Angular, Full Stack, Data Engineering, Data Science, AI/ML, Cloud, DevOps, SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Power BI, QA/Testing, Mobile Development and other technology roles.

Non-IT Hiring ExposureExperience in hiring for Sales, Business Development, Finance & Accounts, HR, Operations, Administration, Customer Support, BPO, Healthcare, Back Office, Supply Chain and other functional roles will be preferred.

- Required Skills1–4 years of hands-on recruitment experience.
- Strong sourcing and candidate identification skills.
- Good understanding of IT and/or Non-IT recruitment.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong candidate follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand JDs and evaluate candidate suitability.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and recruitment trackers.
- Ability to handle multiple requirements and work under deadlines.
- Target-oriented, proactive and self-driven approach.
