Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and service-oriented Steward to ensure excellent guest service, maintain hygiene standards, and support smooth food and beverage operations. The ideal candidate should be well-groomed, courteous, and committed to providing a pleasant dining experience to guests.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Welcome guests warmly and provide prompt, courteous service.
- Set up tables, arrange cutlery, crockery, glassware, and other service essentials.
- Serve food and beverages according to established service standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in dining areas, service stations, and surrounding spaces.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff and supervisors to ensure timely service.
- Clear tables and reset them for the next guests.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and personal grooming standards.
- Handle guest requests and complaints professionally and escalate issues when required.




- Ensure proper handling and storage of service equipment.
- Support daily restaurant operations and maintain a welcoming environment.

Candidate Requirements

- Experience: 6 month–2 years of experience in hospitality, restaurants, hotels, or wellness resorts.
- Education: Minimum12th pass; hospitality qualifications are an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude, teamwork, and a guest-focused approach.
- Knowledge of basic food service etiquette and hygiene standards.
- Ability to work in shifts and maintain professional grooming.

Preferred Candidate: A well-presented, disciplined, and service-oriented individual who can deliver a high standard of hospitality in a wellness-focused workplace.
