Key Responsibilities

Generate leads through calls, referrals, and other sources.

Connect with potential clients and arrange client meetings.

Present real estate projects and explain property details.

Arrange and conduct property site visits.

Negotiate deals and close sales.

Maintain strong client relationships and follow up with prospective buyers.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in any field.

2–3 years of experience in real estate sales.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Fluency in Marathi, Hindi, and English.

Good presentation skills and a proactive attitude.

Ability to achieve sales targets.
