- Provide Accurate Pricing: Explain prices based on daily gold rates, gross/net weight, wastage, and making charges.
- Offer Personalised Recommendations: Help customers select jewellery for weddings, festivals, gifting, and daily wear.

Explain available schemes and encourage customer enrolments.
