Role Purpose

We are looking for an HRSS professional to manage Switzerland-specific HR operations and provide accurate, timely and employee-focused HR support across the employee lifecycle.

Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day Switzerland HRSS transactions covering employee lifecycle activities such as onboarding, employee data changes, transfers, exits and documentation.
- Should be a people manager and have done client interaction with minimum of 2 years of expereince
- Handle employee and HR queries through case management, email and HR service channels, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
- Maintain employee data and HR records in relevant HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support Switzerland-specific HR processes, policies, documentation and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with Payroll, HR, Benefits, Mobility and other internal teams to resolve employee requests and dependencies.
- Perform required validation, quality checks and controls before completing transactions.
- Track and deliver cases within agreed SLA/TAT and quality targets.
- Identify recurring issues and contribute to process improvement, automation and standardisation.
- Maintain process documentation, SOPs and knowledge articles and support process changes.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy, confidentiality and internal controls, including Switzerland/EU data protection requirements where applicable.

Required Skills

- Strong understanding of HR Operations / HR Shared Services
- Experience working with HR case management and HRIS platforms
- Good knowledge of employee lifecycle processes
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication




- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and manage priorities
- Robust analytical, problem-solving and process-improvement mindset
- Ability to work with confidential employee information

Preferred

- Experience supporting Switzerland or European HR operations
- Exposure to Swiss HR practices, payroll, advantages or employment administration
- Knowledge of German/French/Italian is an advantage
- Experience in a global HRO / HR Shared Services environment
