for someone who:
- Preferably possesses relevant experience in administrative, functions and processes for all employees include casual and contractors
- Has excellent knowledge of local labour laws with respect to the recent labour codes
- Has strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams
- Understanding of human resources payroll processes and procedures and working closely with outsourced vendors
- Experiences in human resources operations and relevant experience as Human Resources Business Partner
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and drive HR initiatives endtoend.
- Has an insight on delivering leadership cultural workshops.
