Job Responsibilities

- Lead the hands-on development of full-stack applications integrated with AI/ML and GenAI capabilities for global pharma and enterprise use cases
- Design, build, and maintain scalable front-end, back-end, API, and AI-enabled application components across cloud-native platforms
- Collaborate with product, engineering, data science, and business teams to deliver intuitive, high-performance digital solutions
- Develop and integrate AI/ML models, LLM-based services, and intelligent workflows into enterprise applications
- Collaborate to drive best practices in software engineering, testing, code quality, security, and performance optimization, adopt where applicable
- Support CI/CD automation, production deployments, monitoring, and issue resolution in partnership with Dev Ops teams
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to continuous improvement in engineering standards and agile delivery practices

Skills and Experience

- 4+ years of experience in full-stack or AI-focused software engineering roles with Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field, 2+ years with Master’s degree.
- Proficiency in modern front-end frameworks, back-end technologies, APIs, databases, and cloud-native application development
- Expertise in integrating AI/ML or GenAI capabilities into enterprise applications




- Strong understanding of scalable application architecture, microservices, and secure coding practices
