1. Supplier Development: Serve as the key interface between Hilti and the local suppliers to ensure manufacturing processes, quality systems, process controls, and production plans meet Hilti requirements and expectations.

2. Agility and creativity to address supply issues when they arise, timely and efficiently. Leverage both root cause analysis tools (such as 8D, 5 Why, and fishbone analysis) and negotiation skills

3. Build Relationship with key stakeholders within suppliers, market and sales organization, to drive relevant topics, incl. SPC productivity, product availability, lower throughput times and quality

Project Management and operational discipline: Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive the successful implementation of projects in designated markets; align priorities, manage dependencies, and ensure milestones, deliverables, and business objectives are achieved.
