About This Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our operations across our coworking centers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, and ensuring smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement sales strategies to boost occupancy and revenue.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Oversee operations, facilities, and overall service quality.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient workflows.
- Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales and operations teams to achieve business objectives.

Requirements





- 5–10 years of experience in Operations (preferably in co-working, real estate, or rental facility management).
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proven track record in sales and managing teams.
- Bachelor’s degree, in a Business related field is preferred.
- Proven experience managing teams, vendors, and day-to-day business operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong financial awareness, including budgeting, expense management, and operational reporting.
