Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Revit Modeller to create, develop, and maintain accurate 3D BIM models and construction documentation. The candidate will work with architects, engineers, and project teams to ensure models and drawings meet project requirements and BIM standards.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Create and develop accurate 3D Revit models based on architectural, structural, MEP drawings, sketches, and markups.
- Create, edit, and maintain Revit families and ensure they follow project and company standards.
- Prepare plans, sections, elevations, details, schedules, and sheets from Revit models.
- Follow BIM standards, naming conventions, templates, and LOD/LOI requirements.
- Coordinate models with architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.
- Support clash detection and coordination using Navisworks or similar software.
- Identify and resolve modelling errors, clashes, and coordination issues.
- Maintain model quality by checking warnings, duplicate elements, parameters, and file organization.
- Work with central/shared models and manage linked CAD, RVT,



and IFC files.
- Incorporate design changes, revisions, and markups accurately and within project timelines.
- Maintain model parameters, quantities, schedules, and data required for project documentation.
- Prepare and export drawings and models in required formats such as RVT, DWG, PDF, IFC, and NWC.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, BIM coordinators, and other project team members.
- Report modelling issues, project progress, and required inputs to the concerned team members.

Required Skills

- Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit.
- Valuable understanding of architectural and construction drawings.
- Knowledge of BIM modelling and documentation.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office.
- Knowledge of Navisworks is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Dynamo is an advantage.
- Understanding of Revit families, work-sharing, links, views, sheets, and schedules.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
