Candidate sourcing: Use LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms to identify suitable candidates, applying sourcing strategies and Boolean search techniques to build strong talent pipelines.

Candidate outreach and engagement: Contact prospective candidates, manage follow-ups, and maintain consistent communication throughout the sourcing process to encourage engagement and support recruitment objectives.
