The Opportunity
Sattva is looking for a highly analytical,



detail-oriented and execution-focused Associate Consultant to support the leadership and senior management team in driving business growth across North India.
This role sits at the intersection of growth strategy, business development, pre-sales, and sales operations. Working closely with senior managers and leadership, the Associate Consultant will support the execution of Sattva’s go-to-market (GTM) strategy by building market intelligence, developing high-quality client-facing collateral, and maintaining sales governance processes for effective client engagement.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast paced environment, curating structured and well-researched collateral, coordinating across multiple stakeholders, and is looking to build a strong foundation in consulting, sales strategy and business development within the impact ecosystem.
