About the Role

We are looking for an IT Support Specialist to manage day-to-day IT operations, workplace infrastructure, end-user support, and information security compliance. This role requires a hands-on professional who can troubleshoot technical issues, maintain reliable office IT systems, manage hardware assets, and coordinate with global IT and Information Security teams.

The ideal candidate will bring strong troubleshooting skills, an ownership-driven approach, and an understanding of IT security standards, particularly ISO 27001, to ensure a secure, productive, and seamless workplace technology experience.

Key Responsibilities

1. User Onboarding, Offboarding & Security Compliance





• Manage standard user onboarding and offboarding procedures in strict accordance with ISO 27001 guidelines, ensuring proper access provisioning, de-provisioning, and prompt asset retrieval.

• Partner with the global GCC IT team to coordinate, provision, configure, and deploy laptops and digital tools for GCC team members.

• Collaborate with the Information Security (IS) team to monitor, enforce, and audit workplace security compliance.

• Maintain office CCTV compliance, ensuring continuous recording, proper camera coverage, physical security, and access control audit logs.

2. IT Operations, Helpdesk & Attendance

• Manage internal IT helpdesk ticketing queues, delivering timely resolutions while adhering to strict SLA targets.
