As a Business Development Manager, you will drive revenue growth and expand business opportunities across the North American market, focusing on IT services and SAP solutions. You will build strategic relationships with enterprise clients across the United States and Canada, identifying opportunities to deliver tailored technology solutions. Working in a remote, part-time capacity, you will oversee the sales cycle from prospecting and relationship development through negotiation and deal closure. You will leverage your knowledge of SAP technologies, IT staffing, and managed services to address client needs and generate sustainable business growth. This role offers the opportunity to engage with senior decision-makers and contribute directly to commercial success in a competitive technology services market. The position is fully remote from India, with working hours aligned with the U.S. Eastern time zone.

Accountabilities

Drive business development and revenue growth for IT services, SAP solutions, and technology consulting offerings across the United States and Canada.

Identify, research, and engage prospective enterprise clients to build a strong sales pipeline and uncover recent business opportunities.

Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, procurement leaders, IT decision-makers, and other business representatives.

Manage the complete B2B sales cycle, from lead generation and prospect qualification to solution positioning, proposal development, negotiations, and deal closure.

Promote SAP solutions and services, including SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, and SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), aligning offerings with clients' business and technology objectives.
