Who we are

Sattva (www.sattva.co.in) is focused on building and scaling inclusive business models. We work closely at the intersection of business and impact with multiple stakeholders including non-profit organisations, social enterprises, corporations and the funder ecosystem. Today, we work across 16 states in India on the ground and have engaged with leading organisations across the globe through our practice in strategic inputs, realising operational outcomes, impact assessment and co-creation of sustainable models.

Background and Qualifications

At Sattva, our goal is to realise impact on the ground. To achieve the same, it is critical to have empathy towards diverse stakeholders working towards social impact and to have equal focus on both, the design and the implementation of solutions. We seek candidates who possess these qualities.
The Associate consultant should have the following:
• 2 to 4 years of skilled experience in a role involving one or more of the following tasks: End-to-end Project Management, Grant/Investment Management,



Sales/Pre-Sales, or Research

• Inclination towards or experience in driving large scale and multi-stakeholder social impact programmes & initiatives

• Robust problem solving skills; demonstrated ability to identify business issues, form hypotheses, design and conduct analyses, and synthesise insights into recommendations

• Exceptional interpersonal skills; strong executive presence

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment with people at different levels in an organisation

• Skills to communicate complex ideas effectively in verbal and written forms

• Proficiency in English through Powerpoint, Word and Excel

• Demonstrated curiosity to learn more

In addition, it’s preferable (but not mandatory) for the Associate Consultant to have one or more of the following:
• A background in management consulting or social impact consulting

• A background in direct
