The Opportunity
As a Consultant at Sattva,



you will work closely with senior stakeholders on a government engagement with the Government of Maharashtra, focused on HR and Workplace reforms. You will bring your legal expertise and understanding of relevant legislation to support research, review existing legal and regulatory frameworks, identify gaps and develop recommendations for reform. You will be part of a Sattva team supporting the research and analysis, while taking ownership of the legal review and contributing to high-quality, actionable recommendations.
This role offers an opportunity to apply your legal expertise to a public-purpose engagement and contribute to meaningful policy and regulatory change.
