About the Role
The Client Solutions team specializes in developing bespoke workplace strategies that address intricate client challenges, serving as a critical nexus between Sales and project design & delivery. As the primary technical interface during the sales lifecycle, this team ensures that every committed solution is feasible, realistic,



and aligned with delivery capabilities. The successful candidate will likely bring a background in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or Commercial Real Estate, possessing a deep understanding of AEC industry standards while remaining adaptable to evolving methodologies. This role requires a consultative mindset for technical selling, involving the management of competing priorities to drive business conversion and foster client urgency.

This is a high-ownership role suited to someone who combines commercial thinking, design expertise and client leadership.
