Role Description The HR Manager will oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management,



and offboarding for on-site. This full-time role will involve developing and implementing HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and maintaining accurate HR records and documentation. The HR Manager will manage payroll coordination, attendance tracking, perks administration, and support employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance handling. The role includes designing and coordinating training and development programs, succession planning, and talent retention initiatives aligned with organizational goals. The HR Manager will collaborate closely with leadership and project teams to support workforce planning, health and safety initiatives, and a positive, inclusive work culture.

• Strong HR operations skills, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and exit processes.
