Hours: Day shift. Evening hours are mandatory on some days to overlap with US clients.

The RoleYou'll own a portfolio of custom software development accounts end to end. You'll understand what each client needs, translate it into clear requirements for our development team, and make sure it's delivered on time and to the client's satisfaction.
On your accounts, you act as the product owner.



You lead the discovery calls, own the requirements through the full development lifecycle, and keep the client and the engineering team aligned at every stage.
What You'll Do• Discovery & requirements: Run discovery calls with clients to understand their business, workflows and goals. Turn these into explicit, prioritised requirements for the development team.
• Product ownership: Own the requirements on your accounts from kickoff to go-live and beyond. This includes clarifying scope, prioritising the backlog, managing change requests, and reviewing deliveries against what the client asked for.
• Delivery coordination: Work daily with PMs, developers, testers and tech leads so that what's built matches what's needed, and lands when it was promised.
• Client reporting: Send weekly and monthly progress reports to every client, on time, in clear business language.
