We are looking for a Procurement Category Manager to help us build a strong, scalable, and high-performing supply ecosystem as we grow.

What will you do?
As a Procurement Category Manager, you will own the end-to-end sourcing and category management strategy for assigned product categories.
Category Management
• Develop and execute category strategies aligned with business, cost, quality, and growth objectives.
• Identify opportunities for cost optimisation, and supply-base improvement.




• Drive high fulfillment and availability across channels.
• Monitor category performance, market trends, pricing, and supplier dynamics.

Supplier Management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers.
• Track supplier performance across cost, quality, delivery, capacity, and responsiveness.
• Work with suppliers to resolve recurring issues and improve overall performance.

Procurement & Supply Planning
• Manage the procurement cycle from requirement planning through purchase order placement and delivery.
• Coordinate closely with Planning, Operations, Warehouse, and Manufacturing teams to ensure uninterrupted supply.
• Monitor inventory, lead times, and supply risks to proactively address potential shortages.

Cost & Commercial Management
• Analyze spend and identify opportunities to improve margins and working capital.
• Drive cost reduction through negotiations, alternate suppliers, process improv
