Role Description The Dialysis Centre Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Barhamba, responsible for overseeing daily operations of the dialysis centre to ensure safe, efficient, and patient-focused services.



The role involves managing clinical workflows in coordination with medical staff, monitoring adherence to treatment protocols, and supporting continuous quality improvement in patient care. The Manager will lead and schedule the centre team, oversee customer service interactions, and ensure that patients and families receive clear communication and support throughout the dialysis process. Additional responsibilities include managing inventory and equipment maintenance, coordinating with central administration, supporting local outreach and community education, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills to handle patient interactions, resolve concerns, and maintain a compassionate and qualified environment.
• Foundational knowledge of medicine or healthcare operations, preferably in nephrology or dialysis services, to understand clinical requirements and safety
