About Alsoma Studio

Alsoma Studio is a software engineering and digital systems studio helping businesses build better digital experiences, automate operations and solve business problems through technology.

Our work spans conversion-focused websites, custom web applications, Al-powered solutions, workflow automation and system integrations.

We're hiring our first dedicated sales professional to help build Alsoma's sales function from the ground up. You'll work directly with the founder and own the journey from finding the right prospects to closing projects.

The prospect

This is a full-cycle sales role, not an SDR position focused solely on booking meetings.

You'll be expected to identify opportunities, research businesses, initiate conversations, run discovery calls, follow up on proposals and close deals. You'll also help determine which markets, customer segments and outreach approaches offer the strongest commercial potential.

You won't inherit an established pipeline or wait for leads to be handed to you. You'll help build one.

What you'll do

• Find opportunities:



Research international businesses, identify decision-makers and uncover problems Alsoma can solve.

• Own outbound: Execute personalised outreach through Linkedin, email and other relevant channels. Develop creative approaches beyond generic templates and mass messaging.

• Run the sales cycle: Conduct discovery calls, qualify opportunities, coordinate proposals, handle objections, negotiate within agreed boundaries and close projects.

• Build the pipeline: Maintain our CRM, manage follow-ups and keep opportunities moving from first contact to signed agreement and initial payment.

• Experiment and improve: Test prospecting methods, explore new markets, use Al and automation to improve efficiency, and double down on what generates qualified opportunities.

• Work directly with the fonding team: Translate customer problems into viable opportunities, obtain technical input when needed and
