Role Description This is a full-time Sales Executive role based in Hyderabad, structured as a hybrid position with a mix of in office client meetings and some work-from-home flexibility. The Sales Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and manage a pipeline of prospects, and convert leads into long-term customers for Prismax’s automotive care products. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting sales presentations and product demos, maintaining relationships with existing customers and channel partners,



and negotiating pricing and terms within company guidelines. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams for timely deliveries, tracking sales performance, preparing reports, and providing market feedback to support strategic decisions.
Qualifications
• Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals.
• Customer relationship management capabilities, with a focus on retention, upselling, and delivering high-quality service.
• Solid communication and negotiation skills to present technical product benefits clearly and handle objections effectively.
• Basic understanding of automotive care products or willingness to quickly learn about paint protection films, coatings, and detailing solutions.
