Role Description This is a full-time Sales Executive role based in the Kolkata metropolitan area with a hybrid work arrangement, combining on-site client engagement and some work-from-home flexibility. The Sales Executive will identify and pursue recent business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with car care studios, dealerships, and other automotive partners, and promote Prismax products to drive revenue growth. Daily activities include conducting client meetings and product demos, following up on leads,



preparing quotations, negotiating terms, and closing sales. The role also involves monitoring market trends, gathering customer feedback, coordinating with internal teams for order processing and after-sales support, and maintaining accurate sales reports and forecasts.
Qualifications
• Proven experience in field sales or business development, ideally in automotive, coatings, or related industries.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to present technical product features in clear, customer-focused language.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment, manage time effectively, and travel within the Kolkata metropolitan area as required.
• Comfort using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and basic digital communication platforms to track leads and maintain sales documentation.
