Role Description The Leasing Manager role at myHQ by ANAROCK is a full time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The Leasing Manager will oversee the end-to-end leasing process, including prospecting and engaging potential clients, conducting property tours,



and understanding client workspace needs to propose suitable office solutions. This role includes negotiating lease terms, coordinating with property owners and internal stakeholders, and ensuring accurate and timely lease documentation and administration. The Leasing Manager will monitor market trends, maintain robust relationships with existing clients to support renewals and retention, and ensure high standards of service throughout the leasing lifecycle. Daily activities also involve maintaining updated records in internal systems, preparing reports for management, and collaborating with the sales and operations teams to achieve occupancy and revenue targets.
