About BluepinBluepin is an AI-native health-tech startup building the Health Memory for people living with diabetes, enabling a more personalised, continuously evolving understanding of their health.

Your MissionGet people living with diabetes onto Bluepin.
Your job is to figure out how to reach relevant users and get them to try our product. You will work directly with the founder to discover growth channels, experiment with ideas, and execute whatever works.

What You will Do• Acquire users: Find people living with diabetes through online communities, social media, forums, and other relevant channels. Reach out and get them to try Bluepin.
• Discover growth channels: Research and test organic acquisition strategies across platforms like Reddit, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and beyond.
• Create compelling content: Write posts, emails, outreach messages, and other copy that gets people interested in Bluepin.
• Think beyond the obvious: Try unconventional,



low-cost ideas - from referral campaigns and partnerships to QR-code campaigns in relevant locations.
• Learn and execute: Study successful companies' growth strategies and marketing playbooks, then put those ideas into practice.
• Experiment with paid acquisition: Run small campaigns, measure results, and figure out what works within tight budget constraints.
• Own the outcome: Track results, learn from failures, and keep finding ways to bring more relevant users onto Bluepin.
