Job Summary
We are looking for a US IT Recruiter with 1-2 years of experience in end-to-end US IT recruitment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working with Direct Clients, MSPs, and VMS requirements, sourcing IT professionals for W2, C2C, 1099, and Full-Time roles across various technologies.
Key Skills
• 2 years of US IT Recruitment experience
• Direct Client, MSP & VMS hiring
• W2, C2C, 1099 & Full-Time recruitment
• Strong sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, Indeed
• Knowledge of US visas (H1B, GC, USC, EAD, OPT, CPT)
• Experience with ATS tools (JobDiva, Ceipal, Bullhorn)
• Robust communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management
• Experience recruiting for Salesforce, Cloud, DevOps, Java, .NET, QA, Data Engineering, AI/ML, SAP, etc.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements and mentor junior recruiters.
