Role Description The Content Specialist is a full-time, in office role based in New Delhi. This role involves planning, creating, and managing content across digital channels to support QMV’s strategic advisory services and brand positioning. The Content Specialist will develop web content, case studies, thought leadership pieces,



and marketing collateral aligned with the Ascent Framework and overall content strategy. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with strategy advisers to translate complex ideas into clear, accessible content, maintaining content calendars, optimizing content for readability and engagement, and ensuring consistency of messaging and tone. The role also includes coordinating with internal stakeholders for approvals, updating content repositories, and monitoring performance metrics to refine content approaches.
Qualifications
• Strong writing and web content writing skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and concisely.
• Experience in content strategy and content management, including planning, structuring, and maintaining digital content.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
