Role Overview
This role operates within the Founder’s Office of a growing luxury home fashion brand.
You will gain exposure to how a premium aesthetic brand is positioned, pitched, and scaled — observing and participating in designer interactions, brand conversations, and founder-led decisions.

What You Will Be Exposed
• To Luxury brand positioning and storytelling
• Interior designer and architect interactions
• Premium client psychology
• Visual presentation and aesthetic communication strategy
• Founder-level brand building decisions
• You will also support structured coordination and execution to maintain seamless brand operations.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing Fashion Design, Interior Design, Luxury Brand Management, or related field




• Robust aesthetic sensibility and understanding of design language
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Professional presence and presentation awareness

Digital-Native Expectations

• Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
• Working familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gamma, Canva, or similar creative/productivity platforms
• Awareness of Instagram and LinkedIn as brand-building tools
• Ability to structure communication clearly and professionally
• Comfort working in a founder-driven environment with high accountability

Stipend: As per role and engagement standards.
