Role Description The Safety Officer is a full time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. The Safety Officer will oversee workplace health and safety programs, conduct regular inspections of production areas, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Daily tasks include identifying hazards, coordinating risk assessments, maintaining safety documentation,



and supporting incident and accident investigations. The role involves planning and delivering safety training sessions, collaborating with operations and HR teams to implement corrective actions, and promoting a culture of safety across the facility. The Safety Officer will also coordinate with security personnel to support safe access control and emergency response procedures.
Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Health & Safety and Occupational Health principles, with the ability to implement and monitor workplace safety programs.
• Experience in Accident Investigation, including root cause analysis, incident reporting, and corrective action planning.
• Understanding of Security practices related to manufacturing environments, including access control and emergency preparedness.
• Ability to design and deliver Safety Training for diverse teams, including shop floor and office personnel.
