Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in the Greater Kolkata Area at Cava Interior & Architecture Design Studio. The Sales Executive will engage with prospective and existing clients, present Cava’s interior and architectural design services,



and guide clients through the consultation and proposal stages. Daily responsibilities include generating and qualifying leads, conducting client meetings at the studio and on-site, preparing sales quotations and contracts, and coordinating with the design and project management teams to ensure seamless handover from sales to execution. The role also involves maintaining a strong pipeline in CRM or tracking tools, following up on inquiries, building long-term client relationships, and representing the studio at local events or networking opportunities. The Sales Executive is expected to meet defined sales targets while upholding Cava’s emphasis on design quality and client experience.
Qualifications
• Strong client relationship and communication skills, including client consultations, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
• Sales and business development experience, preferably in interior design, architecture,
