Essential:




• Design and develop Amazon Connect chat and messaging solutions.
• Configure Contact Flows, Queues, Routing Profiles, Security Profiles, and Users.
• Implement customer chat journeys, routing logic, and self-service capabilities.
• Integrate Amazon Connect with AWS Lambda and external applications through APIs.
• Develop and maintain Amazon Lex chatbot integrations.
• Configure and troubleshoot chat routing, agent desktop, and customer interaction workflows.
• Monitor platform performance using CloudWatch and operational dashboards.
• Support SIT, UAT, production deployments, and post-production activities.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable contact-center solutions.
• Prepare technical documentation and conduct knowledge transfer sessions.

Minimum Qualification:
• 15 years of full-time education
• Minimum percentile of 50% in 10th, 12th, UG & PG (if applicable)
