Role Description This is a full time, on-site role for a Billing Executive & Booking Coordinator based in Haveli. The role involves managing end-to-end billing processes, preparing and verifying invoices, ensuring timely billing, and coordinating with finance and operations teams for accurate documentation. The individual will handle booking coordination,



including scheduling shipments, updating booking records, and aligning customer requirements with operational capabilities. Daily responsibilities include maintaining billing and booking databases, resolving billing discrepancies, communicating with clients and internal stakeholders, and supporting reporting on billing and booking performance. The role requires adherence to company policies, attention to detail, and a focus on accuracy and timely execution in a dynamic logistics environment.
