Role Description This is a full time, on-site Customer Service Representative role based in Thane. The Customer Service Representative will handle incoming customer queries via phone, email, and chat, providing clear and accurate information about InstaLaxmi’s digital gold platform and related features. Responsibilities include resolving user issues, guiding jewelers and their teams through platform functionalities, documenting interactions,



and escalating complex cases to the appropriate internal teams. The role involves maintaining service quality standards, following defined processes, and sharing customer feedback with product and operations teams to improve the overall user experience. The representative will also support onboarding and training activities for new clients as needed.
Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills, including active listening, problem-solving, and clear verbal and written communication.
• Ability to handle multiple customer interactions, manage time effectively, and maintain accuracy and attention to detail in documentation.
• Comfort with basic technology and software tools, including CRM systems, ticketing platforms, and standard office applications.
• Knowledge or interest in fintech, digital platforms, or the jewelry and gold industry is an advantage.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional team
