Role Description
This is a full time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Ahmedabad. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, managing sales cycles, and achieving sales targets. They will also conduct market research, develop strategies to expand the company’s customer base,



and collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions to clients. Additionally, they will be tasked with preparing proposals, presentations, and conducting negotiations to secure contracts.

Qualifications
• Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or related roles
• Strong client relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills
• Ability to conduct market research and develop business strategies
• Experience in preparing proposals, presentations, and securing contracts
• Knowledge of waste management and environmental services industry is a plus
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Bachelor’s degree with minimum 5 years of experience in B2B - Business Development
