Roles And Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accessories store operations and ensure uninterrupted supply to production.
• Receive and verify all accessories against Purchase Order (PO), Challan, GRN, and approved requisition.
• Check quantity, specification, size, color, quality, and buyer requirements of incoming accessories.
• Handle denim garment accessories such as buttons, rivets, zippers, labels, hangtags, threads, patches, polybags, cartons, tapes, stickers,



elastics, drawcords, and packing materials.
• Ensure proper item-wise, style-wise, color-wise, size-wise, and lot-wise storage.
• Maintain proper bin/location identification and FIFO/FEFO where applicable.
• Ensure accessories are properly protected from moisture, dust, damage, mixing, and unauthorized use.
• Issue accessories to production against approved Material Requisition/Store Requisition.
• Maintain accurate records of receiving, issue, return, transfer, and balance stock.
• Ensure daily physical stock matches the ERP/Oracle system balance.
• Conduct regular physical inventory and cycle counting and investigate discrepancies.
• Monitor minimum/maximum stock levels and highlight shortage, excess, slow-moving, and non-moving items.
• Prepare accessories availability reports according to style, order, buyer, and production requirement.
