Role Description The Business Head – Hyderabad Operations is a full-time, in office leadership role responsible for overseeing and growing KehanSri Solar’s business in the Hyderabad region. This role manages end-to-end operations,



including sales planning, project pipeline development, and execution of rooftop and turnkey EPC solar projects across residential, commercial, and industrial segments. The Business Head will lead cross-functional teams, coordinate with engineering and project management to ensure timely, quality installations, and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and channel partners. Daily responsibilities include setting and tracking regional targets, monitoring financial performance, optimizing operational processes, and ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant regulations. The role also involves identifying new market opportunities, driving strategic partnerships, representing the company in local industry forums, and ensuring a high standard of customer experience and post-installation support.
