Role Description The HR Lead role at AR GLOBAL HUB is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. The HR Lead will oversee end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, and HR policy implementation. Responsibilities include coordinating hiring activities, conducting interviews, managing HR documentation, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company standards.



The role involves supporting leadership in workforce planning, handling employee relations and grievance resolution, and driving initiatives that enhance workplace culture and retention. The HR Lead will also manage HR data, prepare regular reports, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align HR practices with organizational objectives. Immediate joining is preferred.

• Strong expertise in core HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement.
