Role Description This is a full-time Sales Executive role based in Chandigarh, India, with a hybrid work arrangement that allows some work-from-home flexibility. The Sales Executive will identify and develop new business opportunities, manage leads, and build relationships with automotive workshops, dealerships, and retail partners. Daily responsibilities include conducting sales meetings and product demonstrations, following up on inquiries, preparing quotations, and closing deals.



The role also involves maintaining accurate sales records, monitoring market trends and competitor activity, and collaborating with marketing and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction. The Sales Executive will represent Prismax India at local events or industry gatherings as required and support overall revenue growth targets.
Qualifications
• Sales and business development skills, including lead generation, prospecting, negotiation, and deal closure.
• Customer relationship management skills, with the ability to build long-term partnerships and deliver professional after-sales support.
• Basic understanding of automotive care products such as paint protection films, ceramic coatings, and detailing solutions (or willingness to learn quickly).
